Jacqueline completed her Masters degree in Clinical Psychology at the University of Saskatchewan and is a member in good standing with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors where she also holds Approved Clinical Supervisor status.

Using Humanistic/Phenomenological Theory as a foundation, Jacqueline believes in a wholistic approach to growth, healing, and change. Trained in hospital settings, community-based clinics and University settings, Jacqueline works with individual adults and people in relationships to address anxiety, depression, family of origin issues, current interpersonal distress, parenting concerns, life transitions, and the impact of aging on psychological and physical wellbeing. She has worked extensively with first responders, law enforcement personnel, and frontline medical staff to address symptoms of burnout, trauma and compassion fatigue.

Recently trained as an End-of-life Doula, Jacqueline also offers psychological support to individuals and their loved ones during the process of dying, grief, and bereavement.

In addition to her work as a therapist, Jacqueline supports Clinical Counsellors in graduate training as an Associate Director and Internship Coordinator for a Mainland-based degree granting American University. Jacqueline is a mother to two adult sons and enjoys swimming, reading, theatre and film, travelling, and long walks in nature with her little dog Toby.
