Private Practice Opportunity

Vancouver Island Psychological Services (VIPS) is a busy and growing psychology and counselling practice with two locations in Victoria, BC. Our team provides assessment, counselling, and treatment services to children, adolescents, adults, and couples.

We are currently seeking a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), psychologist, or registered social worker with experience and interest in couples therapy to join our practice as an associate.

We are experiencing strong demand for couples counselling and are particularly interested in clinicians who would like to build or expand a couples-focused caseload. Experience or training in Emotionally Focused Therapy, the Gottman Method, or another recognized couples therapy approach would be an asset.

This is not a couples-only position. Depending on your interests and experience, referrals for individual counselling and other clinical work are also available. Our goal is to help associates develop a caseload that fits their areas of interest, expertise, and professional goals.
